Privacy Policy

The short version

More than half of our tools never send your data anywhere. Every calculator, text utility, developer tool, QR generator and business document builder runs entirely inside your browser. For those tools there is nothing for us to store, because we never receive anything.

For tools that do need a server — PDF conversion, image processing, OCR and AI — your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection, processed, and then deleted automatically.

Files you upload

Uploaded files are stored under a randomly generated name that contains no part of your original filename. They are never executed, and they are never served back as anything other than a download.

• Anonymous visitors: files are deleted within one hour.
• Signed-in free users: files are deleted within one hour.
• Pro and Business: retention is longer and configurable from your dashboard.
• Deletion is automatic, on a schedule, whether or not you download the result.

What we store about you

If you create an account we store your email address, a securely hashed password, your display name if you provide one, and your plan.

We record which tools are used and how much data is processed, so we can enforce fair-use limits and understand what to improve. For visitors without an account this is counted against a salted hash of your IP address, not the address itself. We do not store raw IP addresses.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of functional cookies to remember your language and theme, and to keep you signed in. Where analytics or advertising are enabled by the site operator, those services set their own cookies — see the Cookies page.

AI processing

AI tools send the extracted text of your document to the configured AI provider so it can be summarised, translated or queried. Which provider that is depends on how this deployment is configured. We record only metadata about the request — model, token counts, duration — never the document content itself.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask for your account and its files to be deleted, by contacting us. Account deletion removes your stored files as well as the account record.
